Hello love!

You're a conscious, creative, and intelligent woman who's done some deep inner diving and lots of learning on your self-healing journey over the years.

Between taking more responsibility for your life, gaining insight about what makes you tick, and deepening your confidence, life’s pretty good and you enjoy your own company.

Healthy partnership, however, remains elusive.

You sometimes wonder whether all the  progress you've made solo will stand the test in the dating dance.

Even thinking about dipping your toe in the waters of romance can set off some of your deepest fears and oldest insecurities.

Right now, the prospect of true intimacy feels more like a source of anxiety, disappointment, and rejection, rather than a playground of connection, growth, and mutual support.

When you review your relationship history, a self-defeating pattern emerges.

You tend to:

  • Repeat painful patterns in relationships or avoid relationship altogether

  • Hold on to heartache beyond the natural grieving process

  • Feel more comfortable with giving than receiving

  • Struggle with self-doubt and discernment when it comes to love

  • Feel confused about what you really want in a partnership

  • Wonder if there are truly any good matches for you out there

  • Feel mystified and/or terrified about how to communicate your truth when dating

  • Find yourself in chasing mode, rather than choosing mode

...or maybe you've never even been in a relationship.

You’ve started to suspect the deepest roots of this pattern go way back—perhaps even to when you were young.

But no matter the books you’ve read, the therapy you’ve done, the women’s groups or moon rituals you’ve participated in, you can’t seem to get the rubber to meet the road in healthy relating.

You’re afraid you’ll never feel safe and free to fully open your heart in a mutually loving partnership.

This doesn’t stop the yearning though. Deep down you long for (and sense it’s possible to find) a true companion to share the journey with.

Not long ago I was in your shoes. And I can tell you with confidence that it is possible to finally be free of your painful stories about love, untethered from your past disappointments, and ready to create a relationship from a place of clarity, ease, authenticity, and true deservingness.

Not a fairytale. Actual fact.

You can feel:

  • Connected with the wisdom of your own heart as you make more expansive choices for your life and relationships.

  • Relaxed and in tune with your body as you move through the world and follow your joy.

  • At home in your inherent worth while being receptive to healthy love, attention and support from others.

  • Proud of the amazing woman that you are—knowing in your bones that the right partner will be truly lucky to have you in their life.

The gap between where you are now and where you yearn to be is not as monumental as it may seem. Nor does it have to take years of additional inner work to soften into this deeper state of trust and self-attunement.

Underneath all the stress, tension and fear we’ve accumulated and become accustomed to in our nervous systems is our untouched radiance, unique beauty and magnetic nature just waiting to be relaxed into.

When we’re reconnected with this essence, we feel safe to be ourselves and secure enough to explore deeper and more vulnerable connections. From this place, drawing the right relationships into our lives starts to feel almost effortless and we begin to actually enjoy the journey of discovery with another.

"How you love yourself is how you teach others to love you."

At the start of True You, True Boo, I was struggling with a strong attachment to somebody that was never fully giving back what I wanted. I was also working all the time and feeling a lack of ability to create boundaries that would keep me sane. I’ve come to realize those are ways I had been staying isolated and keeping myself distanced from real relating.

In my work with Emily, I’ve come a lot farther than I thought I would. But not just In letting go of this person and seeing my self-sabotaging patterns more clearly. I’ve also started to feel open to connecting with somebody else—and, more importantly, open to simply feeling happy in my life. It sounds like that shouldn’t be such a revelation, but I realize I can be happy, and why not? Who have I been struggling for and why?

In the intake for this program there was a question of how I wanted to feel at the end of it. I felt heavy at the time and weighed down in life. I wanted to feel lighter. And that is how I feel. I don’t have any tattoos, but I feel so transformed, I’ve actually thought about getting one

I’ve also actually lost 20 pounds over the past few months. So I’m physically and emotionally lighter. This program fell in my lap at the moment I needed it. A true blessing. I would highly highly recommend people take this journey.

It's not our age, our looks, or our career path. It's not geography or slim pickings on the dating apps.

It's not even the circumstances or events that happened to us over the course of our lives.

What's in the way is our undigested experience, the stress and trauma stored in our nervous systems, and the self-limiting beliefs we concluded early in life about ourselves, what we deserve, what's safe, and what's possible.

While our primary caregivers did their best to love and provide for us, many were overwhelmed and wounded in their own way. Their absent, sparse, or unpredictable expressions of care may have left us feeling confused, rejected, invisible, or abandoned. We may have learned to feel responsible for other people’s emotions and out of touch with our own needs.

All of this was fertile ground for core beliefs like:

I’m not wanted

I’m not enough

I’m not loveable

My needs don't matter

I’m too much

Love isn't safe

I have to hide, etc.

We may have also absorbed additional disenfranchising beliefs from the culture:

I'm not pretty enough / skinny enough / young enough / successful enough

I'm a failure because I can't make relationships work

People won't like me if I speak my needs or set boundaries

I need a relationship to make me whole

It's these invisible threads of belief that weave the potential scope of our lived reality. When our subconscious beliefs around any theme in life are self-deprecating and fearful, we experience blocks, feel stuck in old patterns, and tend to enact sabotaging behaviors.

Because familiarity equals safety for the survival part of our brain, there is a deep pull to repeat what we already know (even if it isn't healthy or desired by our conscious mind).

So, if feeling "unworthy" is our familiar set point, we'll think thoughts, feel emotions and take actions from a place of unworthiness. Life will respond to us in ways that mirror and reinforce the belief, and round and round it goes.

This is why belief-change work is fundamental to creating new, growth-oriented and life-supporting experiences in areas where we've previously been wounded and stuck.

Emily has a way of noticing and drawing things out of you that you didn’t even realize were the sources of your stuckness. It’s not like any other program I’ve participated in before. I felt immense safety and validation even as we uncovered and clarified unhelpful patterns that were running in my life.

I’ve released blocks and overcome my anxiety about the whole process—not only of finding a suitable life partner, but also in seeking new employment.

That was huge for me—to see the parallels in my attitude, behaviors, and reactions in the job search and in the dating process. At first I didn’t think my job concerns were relevant to the work in True You, True Boo, but then it became abundantly clear how connected everything is in life.  It’s about not getting attached too quickly and not taking other people’s responses personally. It’s about trusting my intuition instead of overriding it.

When I think about finding my life partner now, instead of anxiety, I feel confident that I will choose what’s right for me when the time is right. I won’t second guess myself or give my power away the way I used to. I highly recommend going through this program with Emily. She's genuine, compassionate and she's truly here to help.

We're living in an era blooming with powerful mind-body-energy modalities rooted in ancient wisdom practices, but tailored for these times.

With new insights from brain science, neurobiology, and quantum physics, we can create deep transformation at the level of our beliefs and nervous systems without having to go monastic on a mountain top.

By simultaneously engaging the conscious mind, the body, and subtle energy systems (via the meridians, chakras, and biofield), we can fairly swiftly liberate the energy that's long been tied up in:

  • Limiting beliefs that no longer serve you

  • Unresolved emotions from the past that create tension in your nervous system

  • Maintaining your comfort zone (aka the status quo that's keeping you 'safe' but not satisfied)

With this new freedom, you can finally channel your life energy into enjoying the present and creating the future you desire.

So, while you might be feeling frustrated or exhausted with what you've tried so far on the path to partnership, let me reassure you and encourage you to carry on.

I know from personal experience and through my work with clients that with the right tools and the right support (in concert with your devotion to healing and growth), the love breakthrough you yearn for is possible!

I came to the True You, True Boo journey not knowing how to identify (let alone change) the patterns that weren’t working for me in my dating life. All I knew was that I was stuck in ways of relating that were frustrating, painful, repetitive, and based on really low expectations.

As a result of this work, I feel like my whole lens on relationships has changed. I’m no longer relating or dating out of my old wounds. I feel much more responsibility for my own emotional environment and much deeper clarity on how I want to be in a partnership.

I’m exploring a new relationship now and I finally feel like I’m growing through healthy connection, not just hard lessons and disappointment. It feels really good to get out of my own way.

For anyone considering this program, I would really encourage you to dive in. But be prepared. You might actually get what you want! It requires a huge shift in identity and a willingness to receive what you’ve been longing for. If you’re ready for that, Emily has the presence, compassion, and healing tools to guide you there.

Preparing yourself for healthy partnership is a sacred process. With a seasoned and trusted guide, the journey can unfold with more ease and joy than going it alone.

It is a privilege and a passion of mine to help women establish the intimacy, trust and deep belonging within themselves that is essential for living a life they love. The true partnership they long for then has a healthy foundation to stand on.

I struggled with romance for most of my adult life through a combination of hiding and isolation; pursuing unavailable men; running away from relationships with real potential; and getting entangled with people who were in no way a good match for me. It was deeply painful to feel such incredible longing for a life partner while experiencing so many inner blocks to true connection.

I read every soulmate book and took every online course I could find. I made lists, said prayers, and did rituals. And some of it was helpful. But, in many ways, I felt like I was just spinning my wheels. These books and courses kept most of my attention pointing outward, still wanting to get something (a man, a relationship) to "make me whole".

But in my late 30s, after a particularly confusing and manipulative relationship, I finally dove inward using the tools of PSYCH-K and TAT to get to the root of my limiting beliefs, fears, and wounds around relationship. This helped me create space for getting clear about what I really wanted and who I truly wanted to be in a relationship. And something finally unlocked.

My fantasy-based, rom-com notion of relationship started to melt away and a new vision for partnership emerged: to be deeply anchored in self-love alongside someone who was equally connected and kind with themself. And, from there, to enjoy sharing creativity, sensuality, adventure, play, and purpose in the world.

At 39, I met my life partner, and am four years into the discovery process of what it takes to grow and maintain a healthy bond; of what is required in the daily dance to take great care of myself while also being oriented toward the wellbeing of another. (Admittedly, some days, I'm not a good dancer.)

If you're feeling called to the path of real, mutual partnership, I would love to help you usher in this next chapter in your life journey.

When I started True You, True Boo I was struggling with feeling ambivalent and unworthy and also feeling really stuck in my love life. I had already done a ton of healing work on my past, but the future never seemed to show up. I was also having trouble letting go of someone who wasn’t reciprocating my attention.

Through our work together, what I wanted to happen happened! I’m free of this heaviness and obsession with this unavailable guy. He’s no longer taking up space in my mind and life. It was a life saver. I now feel lighter, as though something has shifted in my mindset. And I’m much more clear on what I want in relationship. I am no longer ambivalent and the feelings of unworthiness have subsided.

I would highly recommend this program to anyone who has done a lot of inner work, but still seems stuck in the arena of partnership. It's different than anything you've ever tried before and Emily is wonderful. She’s incredibly present and compassionate in her coaching and facilitation. The fact that you also walk away from the program knowing how to use Tapas Acupressure Technique (TAT) on your own is an incredibly generous part of the program.

(in other words, less head-tripping, more heart-skipping)

The True You, True Boo program is designed to help you move from your head into your heart so you can start to breathe life back into all the parts of you that went offline in states of early overwhelm, heartbreak and disappointment.

Through one-to-one energy psychology and coaching sessions, I expertly guide you through the self-reclamation process. Your past becomes the past as we release the pain and harvest the gifts of your experiences. Resentment and fear melt away and confidence and optimism grow.

Many of us have been using our creative energy to try to solve issues long gone, and no wonder we feel drained. That's the juice we're meant to use for moving forward. This work helps stop the leak, and creates a powerful container for bringing your true desires to life.

In my 10+ years as a healing arts practitioner, coach, and energy psychology facilitator, I have come to rely on two of the most powerful mind-body tools I know for facilitating deep and lasting change: PSYCH-K for subconscious belief change work and Tapas Acupressure Technique (TAT) for helping release stuck energy from the nervous system and transforming painful perception into peace.

By assisting with letting go of the past and installing helpful beliefs and expectations for the future, these approaches help produce a more resourced state in the present. This sets the stage for taking action in the world deeply rooted in our inherent wholeness, worthiness, confidence, beauty, and belonging.

The ‘secret of life’ is belief. Rather than genes, it is our beliefs that control our lives. PSYCH-K is a set of simple, empowering techniques to change your beliefs and perceptions that impact your life at a cellular level. PSYCH-K can change long-standing, limiting beliefs in a matter of minutes.

Dr. Bruce Lipton, author of Biology of Belief

True You, True Boo is a package of nine personalized 1:1 energy psychology sessions and coaching conversations with me over the course of three months (plus a deep-dive intake visioning process). It also includes tutoring in Tapas Acupressure Technique (TAT) so you leave the program with an energy psychology tool you can use for further healing, growth, and self-care.

Due to the one-on-on focus, I assist a maximum of twelve women in going through this deeply transformative process at a time. The right timing for you is when you're feeling ready for and committed to a breakthrough in your self-love and your love life.

Some women are interested in group work or being paired with a buddy for extra support. This is an option and can be coordinated during the intake process.

An in-depth intake form, visioning process, and conversation with me over Zoom so we can hit the ground running at the start of your first official session. We budget an hour for this conversation.

Six 60-minute 1:1 PSYCH-K sessions with me on Zoom. We'll dive in deep to release old pain and get to the roots of the beliefs that have been tripping you up in your search for a partner. We then help you align your body, mind and spirit with the most loving, lovable, worthy and confident version of you. The PSYCH-K sessions are designed for powerful breakthroughs that support the growth you've been longing for.  They're also fun, creative, and full of celebration.

Three 60-minute Tapas Acupressure Technique (TAT) sessions with me on Zoom. These sessions allow you to experience another powerful energy psychology modality where we move stuck emotional energy and perceptions that have been creating barriers to healthy love and partnership in your life.

Mini video course on how to do TAT at home so you have a powerful self-healing tool to use well beyond the scope of this program. This can be applied to any area of life in which you're seeking transformation and growth.

Session Follow Up: I follow up each session with notes about your breakthroughs and easy action steps to help you fully integrate these changes throughout the week.

Investment: $1,500

2-month and 3-month payment plans are available.

There are few things more inspiring than witnessing a woman emerge out of the cocoon of her conditioning and reconnect with her worth, lovability, self-trust, personal power, courage and beauty.

Because everything in our lives is connected, women who go through this program are not only making strides in their love lives, but also in their careers, their health, and in repairing relationships with their family of origin. When we transform core beliefs and nourish and care for our essence, the fullness of our lives can truly blossom.

I have found that working with Emily has created profound shifts in my personal and professional life. She has studied and understood how releasing limiting unconscious beliefs and allowing the body and mind to heal can help us to align with our truest self, beyond doubt, anxiety, and fear. Working with Emily is simply an incredible opportunity and gift along the path.

 Mia Terol, Executive Coach

I came to my first session with Emily filled with shame and anxiety around a particular incident. By the time we finished, I felt renewed and self-loved.

I have no idea how this works, but it works. That's all I need to know. Just having Emily's guidance was a tremendous gift. I can't wait for the next session.
